Many women that I work with have a weak pelvic floor or poor pelvis stability, this can cause lower back pain, hip pain, coccyx pain and even incontinence. Unfortunately lots of women suffer in silence or wait until it is unavoidable to get help as they are either too embarrassed or are confused about what exactly they should be doing.
I believe that we should be condition our pelvic floors just as we would any other part of the body, that prevention is better than cure. This 5 week course will focus on strengthening, lengthening and learning how to relax the pelvic floor muscles as well as building up pelvis stability so that we can recruit our core muscles better in everyday tasks and take the pressure off the lower back.
The course is designed so you can just work on at home at your own speed and the sessions will short and easy to follow so you can fit it around babies/job/life.
By the end of the 5 weeks you will have learnt a routine that you can fit into your day to keep your pelvic floor healthy.
