Pregnancy Yoga can help you during your pregnancy in so many ways.
This short routine is to help you get ready for bed so you can get some sleep if you’re pregnant. You can do this routine even if you’re not pregnant, but it’s specifically for pregnant women. This is simply because we are going to make sure everything is completely safe for your pregnancy.
In this pregnancy yoga routine we’re looking to help you align your pelvis and make more space for the baby, so they don’t move around so much when you’re trying to sleep.
Please consult your GP before trying any new exercise and stop if anything doesn’t feel right.
