As your bump gets bigger it can feel like you’re going to run out of room!
There seems to be hardly any space left for your digestive system and the baby and this can cause things to feel sluggish and can create heartburn. Use this gentle yoga routine to help get things moving and create space in your bump.
This can also help to promote an opitmal fetal position for birth, or just dislodge a little hand from between your ribs 🙂
