"I can't recommend Jo's classes highly enough. I've dipped in and out of yoga over the years but never really felt fully engaged with it. With Jo as a teacher it has been a very different, much more positive, experience. I attend her nurturing classes and come out of them feeling like I'm walking on air! "Going to Jo's yoga classes was the best thing I did during pregnancy. I stated around 20 weeks and continued right up to 40. I found the breathing techniques and positions extremely useful both during pregnancy, to ease aches and pains and help me sleep, and during labour to manage contractions. Practising over so many weeks meant that it was second nature by the time labour came. The classes were a lovely bit of me time and a chance to chat to other mums to be too. I hope to return one day if there is a child no. 2!"
