Yoga can dramatically help if you’re feeling overworked and stressed.
We’ve all been there where we’ve just been working so hard we’re almost at the point where we’re about to run out of steam. We’re working every hour God sends, working late nights and burning the candle at both ends. The last thing it feels intuitive to do is stop. Just stop and take some time out for ourselves. Yoga can really help you feel less stressed and more relaxed. If we don’t stop, we’re going to run ourselves ragged and it’s less productive. You’ll be going into work feeling constantly tired and not enjoying what you do very much.
This is a short 5 minute yoga routine that you can do sitting at your desk or at home. Just take 5 minutes for you!
