Yoga for Premenstrual Tension
Periods can be a right pain. In fact 9 out of 10 women report suffering from painful periods, and some find the pain debilitating. Unfortunately, often the pain is dismissed and women are expected to just ‘get on with it’. It’s not considered polite to talk about periods in public and most peoples jobs don’t allow for you to rest during your cycle. This can lead to women not knowing how to relieve their symptoms in a holistic way.
Here is a short and gentle yoga routine designed to help with cramps, lower back ache, anxiety and headaches.
