Having Pelvic Girdle Pain during pregnancy can literally be a pain in the bum. You know that exercise can help but so many are off limits it’s difficult to know what to do.
In this short sequence we go through postures that are fine to do with Pelvic Girdle Pain, to help keep you healthy.
