This is my own version of the moon salutation and is designed to help open up the hips, hamstrings and groins. Brilliant to prepare your body for labour, to compliment an existing sport that might leave you tight or even just on it’s own.
Please note that you should listen to your body when doing exercise, go at your own pace and consult a dr before starting any new programme. NB due to the wide legged postures this sequence is not suitable for people suffering with Pelvic Girdle Pain
